Marching into Madness

First and foremost, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the unsung heroes of every school: the PTI teachers. You've made a significant mark in our lives, shaping us in ways no one could have predicted. Your whistles, your endless energy, and your unwavering commitment to making us fit (even when we didn't want to be) have inspired this entire book. Without your unyielding dedication to turning us into little fitness machines, I would not have had nearly as much to write about.

A special thank you goes out to all my fellow students who survived the chaos of PTI class. The collective suffering and shared confusion brought us together, creating bonds stronger than any set of sit-ups ever could. I appreciate your willingness to endure the most bizarre exercises with a smile (or at least with a deep sense of dread).

To my family, thank you for your never-ending support and for not questioning my sanity during the writing process. Your patience is unmatched, especially when I tried to explain the humor behind PTI's drills. I also want to acknowledge the inspiration you all provided-whether through laughs or complaints, you kept me grounded in reality (which, ironically, helped me write this).

To the teachers, whose mission to make us fit and disciplined was often mixed with a hint of cruelty, thank you for teaching me more than just physical endurance. You also imparted lessons in mental toughness and the value of surviving anything life throws at you, no matter how absurd it may seem.

Finally, to the readers - I hope this book brings a smile, a chuckle, or even a moment of reflection on how much we've been shaped by the often ridiculous world of PTI. This book is a tribute to the struggles, the joys, and the laughter that came with those years of bewildering yet oddly formative experiences.
