By far the single biggest jump of my career as a leader was the first one, from 'doing' to managing and leading.

This leap was a complete career change requiring an entirely new set of skills, that I was unprepared for. I call these skills the art of 'Managership', and this book is the practical guidebook that teaches you these skills and gives you the knowledge you need, with tips on how to thrive as a manager and leader in the modern workplace.
