Making Your Life Count

To make your life count begins with fulfilling your purpose for being alive. The question of why we exist in the first place is a question many philosophers and theologians have wrestled with for centuries. One of the most profound responses to that question is stated in the Westminster Confession of Faith as follows:

Question: What is the chief end of man?

Answer: The chief end of man is to glorify God, and to enjoy Him forever.

In other words, one word that sums up our purpose in life is WORSHIP. We are here on earth to worship God-to glorify Him and enjoy Him forever. So to make our lives count is to make our worship count.
