ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Suzy has been sewing, as a hobby, for over fifty years. [She was taught by her mother, who in turn was apprentice trained in a traditional tailor's shop.] She graduated from Sheffield University in 2000, and since then has had a long career working for various local authorities, and the NHS, mainly with vulnerable homeless people. She retired from this a few years ago and now runs her own successful sewing business where she sews and writes professionally.
This is her thirteenth book.
She hopes, as you work your way through this book, her love for fabric, and sewing, will shine through, and maybe rub off on, and inspire you.
