Make Us Proud

When the kids in Jeremiah's class pressure him to make bad choices in school, he's tempted to do so to fit in. However, he remembers his mother's words, which help him choose what's right.

"I love you. Do your best, honey, and make us proud!"

These are the words that Jeremiah hears every day before saying goodbye to his mom from the drop-off line and walking into school. Jeremiah is a good boy, but sometimes, it's hard to do the right thing. Especially when his friends want to run in the halls (which looks like a lot of fun!) or when it's really hard to remember the right answer on a test, and no one would notice if he cheated.

However, Jeremiah's mom's words always ring in the back of his head.
