Light a Fire

God knows the end from the beginning. However, we can walk around blind to the riches we already possess and the treasure deep within our heart. Each of us long to know God and be known by Him intimately. We long for moments to hear His voice and be in His presence.

In all of our longing and yearning to be seen and heard by God, we can sometimes not even recognize the things we already have like God's grace and His mercy. Developing spiritual intimacy with God is a Kingdom priority and causes us to live with divine perspective. Kingdom priorities seldom harmonize and align with human emotions and preferences. Becoming intimate with God is a divine connection and act of total surrender. Total surrender allows God to work in our lives like only He can do. Surrender removes restrictions on our relationship with God. Are you listening for God's voice?
