The inventor, author and "running instructor" succeeds in the balancing act of increasing healthy movement and physical and natural enjoyment in harmony to the point of perfection. While "normal", monotonous, strenuous jogging is always preceded by the struggle to overcome, here a strong desire arises, comparable to the need to go on holiday.

The recipe for success lies on the one hand in the special movement between walking, prancing and running. Among other things, this results in almost complete freedom from exertion and vibration (no impact that damages the knees and back).

Special clothing rules guarantee that you neither sweat nor freeze - and that for the whole year.

All this is part of the top priority: to do everything that promotes enjoyment of the body and nature, to refrain from doing anything that goes against this. This goes from observing nature, cooling off in the water, snacking on fruit to performing unclothed in secluded places, familiar from the original naturist movement.

This book is the translation from the German with the original title: "Weltretten geht anders - für Menschen, die ausgetretene Pfade verlassen". It was published in November 2016. Originally only under the pseudonym Alexander Zettrawski, later as "co-author" with the real author's name Thomas Alexander Kritz.

The book has lost none of its topicality. On the contrary, the movement and life concept KEW Movehacking has proven itself for another seven years, as a purpose in life, as daily enrichment, as a fountain of health and youth. And its social potential is more important than ever in a world that is coming apart at the seams.
