Isaiah Tree

Isiah Tree was a young olive tree when Isaiah came to the orchard to write his prophecies about a "Prince of Peace" who would be born as a tiny baby. Isaiah Tree's parents' roots were still nurturing and teaching it and these intertwined roots happily reminded Isaiah Tree that this "wonderful Counselor" and "Mighty God" that Isaiah wrote about was the only one who could bring joy, peace, and eternal life to humankind. Isaiah tree yearned to see this wonderful prince or provide the wood for his cradle as it matured and had offspring. This dream persisted into old age when Isaiah Tree became one of the few remaining ancient trees in the peaceful Garden of Gethsemane.

Then one day, almost seven hundred years after Isaiah came, a dove brought a message to Isaiah Tree that a miraculous baby had been born. Twelve years later another message came that a young boy had spoken unprecedented truths to the scholars at the temple. Eighteen years later word came that the grown up child was performing amazing miracles. Multitudes had been fed, the sea had been calmed, and lepers had been healed. Isaiah Tree's hopes returned of seeing this mighty God ; but what would compel him to come to the peaceful Garden of Gethsemane?

Then late one evening a man filled with power and light entered the garden. Though the man seemed weighed down with grief, he was majestic. An angel came to strengthen him, as he knelt by Isaiah Tree and offered a. prayer that changed the course of world.

Isaiah Tree knew that the world was no longer waiting for the Prince of Peace. Isaiah Tree had seen him and learned from his prayer that soon Jesus would conquer death and rise again. His sacrifice in the Garden of Gethsemane and on the cross had peace and light to the world.

This book reveals the symbolic significance of olive trees and connects them seamlessly into the life of Jesus.
