Sydney Cooper has been fighting a battle no one can see-and one that she doesn't even want to admit. There has to be another reason why concentrating in school is next to impossible and getting out of bed feels like a monumental task, right? She needs to pull herself together, but once her family finds out and betrays her, they stick her in group therapy for depression.

Which couldn't be going worse. But surprisingly, it's on these days where revelations seem possible, and instead of writing her feelings through music, she now must confide in a community just as broken-and strong-as she is.
