I-35 South

Someone decided a long time ago, they wanted to create something terrible. After all, they say art is subjective, and what might be terrible for one, might please another. What would happen if the medium of ones passion was flesh and bone, and the creation was meant to live in the most potently cruel isolation imaginable? Serving its maker's sexual appetites in exchange for sustenance all from a sightless, silent coffin.

After a radio tower worker sees something unthinkable dumped on the side of I-35 Southbound in the middle of the night, he calls the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. When the Highway Patrol finds what was dumped, a jurisdictional nightmare ensues. Eventually, the strong willed Federal Agent Dahlia Vida gets the case. Her first move is to assign a Texas Ranger named Jackson with a well qualified Oklahoma Highway Patrolman. named Steve Harding so that they can run the Highway in both Texas and Oklahoma without jurisdictional issues getting in the way.
