A Cry from the Heart of the Watchman

"He shall cry unto me, Thou art my father, my God, and the rock of my salvation. Also I will make him my firstborn, higher than the kings of the earth." - Psalm 89:26-27, KJV

Behold, the watchman lifteth up his voice in the gate. Verily, a holy alarm is sounded over the kingdoms of men, for the nations stagger under a system of rulership that hath grown faint, feeble, and far from the counsel of the Most High. Lo, I have laboured for more than five and thirty years among the sanctuaries of theology, the chambers of economics, and the high courts of biblical scholarship; and out of the fire of that long sojourn this present apologetic ariseth. Wherefore it is offered, not as the speculation of a private man, but as the sober testimony of one who hath heard the cry of the prophet of old:

"For he that is higher than the highest regardeth; and there be higher than they." Thus saith Ecclesiastes the Preacher (Eccl. 5:8). And again, by another tongue, the Hebrew speaketh ki gavoah me'al gavoah shomer (כִּי גָבֹהַּ מֵעַל גָּבֹהַּ שֹׁמֵר); the Aramaic Peshitta echoeth meṭul d'rāmā men rāmā nāṭar; and the Greek of the Septuagint declareth hupsēlos epi hupsēlon phulassei (ὑψηλὸς ἐπὶ ὑψηλὸν φυλάσσει). Behold the agreement of three witnesses: there is One who is higher than the highest, and unto that Higher Highest belongeth the pattern of every righteous government.

Wherefore, in this hour wherein it is no longer the ballots of the people but the algorithms of unseen hands that determine the destiny of nations; wherein a country of fifty millions is reported to have been presided over by the alleged assent of scarce two millions; wherein the figures are silently changed and the multitudes are silently disenfranchised: I cry, Who will hear me? Verily my heart is broken for the desolate governance of the earth. Lo, the prophet asketh, and the Spirit replieth, that a remedy is given and not delayed.

This remedy is not democracy alone, nor aristocracy, nor autocracy, nor mere theocracy after the manner of men, nor any ocracy of dust. The remedy is HIGHESTOCRACY: the government of the Highest, by the Highest, for the Highest. It is the divinely ordered rulership wherein God Most High governeth through His Spirit-filled sons and daughters upon the earth, who are themselves, by His own decree, made the highest of His creation here below (Eccl. 5:8; Ps. 8:5-6; Ps. 82:6; John 10:34-36).

Beloved, I have set this book in order after the pattern of the Silver Edition: trilingual in its scholarship, KJV in its cadence, prophetic in its voice, and ordered after the 153 Protocol of John 21:11, that the great net of revelation should not break under the weight of the great catch. Here are gathered the etymology, the revelation, the reign, the resources, and the results of HIGHESTOCRACY; here are the four beasts around the throne expounded as the four faces of the wisest, strongest, fastest, and highest leadership; here are one hundred and fifty-three reasons for a new global order of governance; here are one hundred and fifty-three sayings concerning leadership as a necessary necessity; and here, finally, is the simple seal: our behaviour is our saviour.

Wherefore, reader, hear ye the voice of the watchman. Behold, the hour cometh; lo, the hour is come. Let us return immediately and effectively unto the better governance which the Most High hath ordained from the foundation of the world. Amen.
