Multiple world surfing champion Jimmy Slide is found dead on a Balinese beach in mysterious circumstances the day after he celebrated winning another world title.

As each stop on the world surfing tour concludes another Top 5 competitor is found dead, the question must be asked - Is there a serial killer out there targeting the world's best surfers?

Rookie undercover cop and extreme sports adrenaline junkie Dirth 'Havoc' Spidder gets his dream assignment- he must infiltrate the hedonistic professional surf culture of endless parties, girls and drugs to find the serial killer before he or she strikes again.
