Growing Old Gracefully

Are you happy with your life? Does your life have meaning and purpose? Or do you wonder where things went wrong? We live in a fallen world. Problems exist. Pain exists. Doubt and unbelief abounds. Questions do too, especially as we age. How can we possibly know if we've headed in the right direction? Or if we've missed it entirely.

The journey through life is like driving down a dark road with potholes, at night. Understanding your personality is like turning your headlights on. We all have strengths and weaknesses. The key is to identify those strong points and those flaws, so we can begin to make the best of our strengths and minimize our weaknesses.

Growing old gracefully is not about age, nor is it about being happy. It's about attitude. The ideas and beliefs we have affect how we approach life. Power over your future is possible. You can leave past hurts, fears, attitudes, and tainted beliefs behind you. Failure to deal with your past gives power to the issue to control more of your future. You can begin to break free from that bondage. Truth will set you free ... enabling you to grow old gracefully.
