Sofia told her grandmother that she was feeling frustrated and bored. Grandma tore a brown paper bag and began to scribble on it. The granddaughter began to learn how to use her imagination for fun and for problem-solving. No fancy and expensive tools needed. The story was inspired by the author's own memories of how his own 'abuela' would tear brown paper bags in order to entertain and teach me. An activity I now share with my own grandchildren and they with you readers. This book was created with my grandkids and their mom, my eldest, as models and assistant illustrators. We hope you enjoy it and go forth throughout your community and world with fun packed imagination and creative problem solving.
