Cornelius "Quandooo" Rondo, a quiet 12-year-old from Savannah's Gullah-Geechee community, finds himself caught in circumstances far beyond his years.

Separated by cities, gang affiliations, and personal histories, the four boys arrive at Eastman Youth Development Campus carrying the codes, loyalties and wounds of the streets. Inside the facility, they discover that survival requires more than gang allegiance. Through friendship, mentorship, education and self-discovery, they begin questioning the identities they inherited and the futures they believed were already written for them.
