When a fresh murder hits the desk of Arizona State Detective Howard Campbell, he is reminded of a case that he worked on from three years prior. With too many similarities and coincidences he is the only one convinced that the two are at the hands of the same killer. As the bodies pile up, and working primarily on a hunch, he embarks on a solo quest that may very well end his career. Meanwhile in another part of the city a tragic accident leaves Norman Chase dying on the side of the road. Recovering in hospital he is diagnosed with total amnesia and sets off on a mission to find out about his past. His memories have been taken but the ghosts of his previous life still remain and he does not spend long in the real world before tragedy strikes him again. With Howard chasing a lie and Norman questioning the truth, the only one who has the answers is the only one in control of it all. He goes by the name the Raven and will not stop until he has destroyed them all.
