Abraxus "Brax" is a vampire who's been cursed by a vengeful ex. Where's a de-fanged vampire to go when the cities are banquets that he can't touch, and he's going to have to learn how to play nice? Somewhere like Pine Ridge, of course-but only until he can de-hex himself.

Penny Olivier grew up in Pine Ridge-and as soon as she can save up enough money, she's going to leave it behind. She knows that demons and vampires exist. She sees them, even when others around her can't. What's more, she's sure that the new vampire in town is up to no good. He doesn't act like the other monsters in paranormal-friendly Pine Ridge. When there's a crisis that throws Mr. Devastatingly Handsome-But-Deadly into her path, Penny's ready to pack her bags and leave-even if it is Christmas Eve.

Except that the wannabe witch upstairs is trying out a new spell, and Penny and Brax are caught in the crossfire. Trapped in a winter not-so-wonderland of accidental making, can these two make a truce long enough to survive the spell and save themselves from a frosty end?
