Growing up is hard. When I first lived on my own, I felt lost most of the time. It took me a while to figure out what it means to take responsibility and to take care of myself and my environment. And somehow there is no easy way. You have to face your fears and take action to move on.
There was a time when I was too young to have found a purpose in life and dealt with the emptiness by binge eating. There were many ups and downs. I kept reflecting on why I felt like my life sucked. Turns out, if you do nothing, life will feel like nothing. I learned that you will be rewarded for the work you do.
On my way dealing with binge eating, trying to escape it, I learned a lot more than just fixing that. I became stronger, wiser and a better person. It was a journey of self-discovery and living life as it is supposed to be.
I hope this book can help to find a way for you. A happier you. A fulfilled you. These lines definitely helped me feel decent once I fully understood them.
