He is passionate about teaching young people how to identify personality styles, flex their approach to different people and situations, and build the communication and decision-making skills that shape long-term success. Shaine combines storytelling, experiential exercises, and simple frameworks so teens can practice leadership today and lead with integrity tomorrow.
