Everybody Eats (Too Much)

This book contains a lot of actionable items for you to complete as if you were a real client of mine, and I encourage you to complete these action items and stay the course. This is going to take resilience, discipline, accountability, persistence and consistency. In the event you choose not to complete the actionable items, this book includes tons of information on everything required to succeed long term with a weight loss journey, including mindset shifts, behavioral modifications, and nutrition application. If you choose not to complete the actionable items, simply refer to it for any questions you may need answered (You can almost look at this book as your weight loss tool box. Open the book, grab a tool, utilize the tool and put the tool back/close the book). I REPEAT. If you choose to NOT complete the activities in this book, then simply refer to it for any questions you may need answered along your weight loss journey. At the very least (If you decide against completing the activities), you will know what a successful weight loss journey entails should you decide to work with a coach in the future.
