This isn't a guidebook - it's my story.

I started pageants at eight years old, competing in the Jr. Preteen division with National American Miss. Then I stepped away for twelve years. When I came back in 2022, nothing about it was easy - I had to place myself back on that stage, relearn everything, and hear "no" more times than I can count.

In these nine chapters, I tell it exactly how it happened: what I tried, what flopped, and what finally worked. The broken shoe at nationals. The onstage question that took me for a whirlwind. Why I keep every score sheet - and why that's the habit that helped me most. The money talk nobody wants to have. And the platform that became my life: My Mind, My Body.
