Defining and analysing the problem is the first step of solving any problem. This is an important step, as changing the problem definition will change the solution to the problem. A Design Pattern encapsulates the intention behind a design by identifying different objects, their distribution of responsibility, and collaboration between them. This provides a method of reducing the complexity of the system by defining and naming the abstraction. Design framework provides a systematic way to be used at each possible stage of SDLC with some new notation and reuse from Unified Modelling Language (UML).
