After being stranded on an island in the waters of Lake Superior for months, an old friend comes to John & the group's rescue. Making their way back to the mainland, the group is told of cult whose power is on the rise. Their barbaric practices don't seem to deter new followers as the cult proclaims that they have physically seen the One True God.
Leaving behind their demonic ally, a group of Nephilim decide to investigate the claims of God walking the Earth. In their travels, they encounter a ghost from John's past, seeking redemption for his past misdeeds. Having to return to John's birthplace that was decimated by the events of War, John must encounter this cults rising power.
Is this the work of the Horseman of Death, or is something much more sinister afoot? How do you kill a so-called God?
