Jerry Russell has finally found a job that he likes-being a ballroom dance teacher. In order for Jerry to transcend from a front-of-the-house position to back-of-the-house, he must conform to Bill's 'rules of engagement' when it comes to the handling of 'contract' students. And when one of his new students comes into the cross-hairs of his boss, Jerry is forced to make a decision between his ideals and the realities of business.
