This is the story of Matthew Waylen, a world-famous, rough-around-the-edges country music star known as the "Outlaw," and Makayla Rose, once a bright-eyed college cheerleader whose life took an unexpected turn when she became Matthew's unexpected "Muse." The Beginning The saga began with a whirlwind connection that defied the odds of Nashville's elite. Makayla, vibrant and grounded, found herself thrust into a high-stakes world of fame, legal battles, and the constant shadow of Matthew's past-most notably the schemes of his ex, Brianna. Their bond was cemented when they discovered they were expecting a child, an 11-pound "giant" they affectionately dubbed the "Tripod" during the pregnancy. The New Chapter: Parenthood The story recently shifted into the chaotic, heartwarming, and often hilarious reality of new parenthood with the arrival of their son, MJ. Matthew, determined to be more than just a famous face, has taken his "Dad Training" to the extreme, learning everything from the "Outlaw Launch" (lightly tossing MJ to the ceiling to the horror of his wife) to the tactical maneuvers required to avoid a "splash pad" during diaper changes.
