I have tried to structure, as logically and accurately as possible, some relevant facts about the history behind the creation of the best asset ever created. Bitcoin is the precursor to the thousands of cryptocurrencies that have been created since its success and is, without a doubt, the mother of them all and the most important. After seventeen years in operation, it has proven to be unbreakable, ungovernable, invincible, and inevitable. For the Bitcoin community, defenders, promoters, holders and Bitcoin Maxi's, the rest of cryptocurrencies are simply altcoins or alts (alternative coins), nicknamed as such precisely because they are alternative currencies to Bitcoin, and for this reason, it is necessary to understand the big difference that exist between Bitcoin and altcoins before making hasty decisions when investing.
