In the quiet town of Marrow Glen, change begins without permission.
It starts subtly-an itch beneath the skin, a hunger that food can't satisfy, a sense that the body is preparing for something the mind can't yet name. Then people begin to transform. Not metaphorically. Not symbolically. Biologically.
Four stages emerge-
