Change

Change is the scariest thing to do when you're fighting to hold onto something or a part of you that has a hold on you that is more significant than you know.

The things I did because of my hurt and pain made me feel protected from allowing others to add to my misery.
Before I became committed to change, I had questions regarding the importance of change in my life.
More important than change is learning to accept the need to change.

What it took to get to a point where I was willing to listen, including applying the work to my plans, was hitting too many walls that did not fall despite my determination and effort.
The only thing that gave me hope was understanding that things must end before something new can begin.
