By whose orders do humans perform constructive as well as destructive and violent activities? Who rules over human beings?

Who rules over you, me, and all of us?

What is that ruling power that governs all human beings and humanity as a whole?

Who is it that can make you, all of us, into the worst of individuals or into successful and great human beings?
