A metalhead's dream tour becomes the stuff of nightmares.

Led by the sibylline Auranna Korpela, the world-famous metal band "Black Aura" is soon rendered infamous. Devoted fans vanish at every show. Auranna's inaction stuns the community and raises suspicion, birthing a stained reputation which precedes them. And through it all, Auranna suffers increasingly dark and perverse dreams of the netherworld.

But Auranna's visions morph into a hideous reality. Her foremost fan has contacted her from the abyss, and Auranna can no longer ignore her deepest fears taking root. As her bandmates and unlikely allies unite at her side, she must contend with a corrupted girlfriend, doorways to damnation, and a soul contract she never signed.
