Biblical Giving

Giving is the sole purpose of life. We came into this world primarily to give everything we have for others. We bring nothing when we join this world, and we will take nothing when we finish the life we are living in this world. Our success is measured with what we left for the world, and we will be remembered not by the amount of what we have, but with the things we left for the world. Our knowledge, wisdom, understanding and resources mean nothing unless we get a platform to share it for others. We give birth to children primarily to give them for other whether we like it or not. God is the best giver ever recorded in any book, He created the earth and everything in it and gave it for human beings, and when the man God made in his image fall short of his standard, he paid the entire price needed to bring him back to his past glory. God became the son of man to bring back man to himself (to make them the son of God). God has a son, only begotten son, he gave him for us. He gave one out of one. He ordered as to give one out of two. But we are failing even to give one out of ten in terms of the finances or resources he gave us as good stewards. Everything we have belongs to God; even our body is not ours. We have to learn as a believer how to give and enjoy the peace and benefits of giving for others.
