Book 2: Executing Your Vision focuses on external partnerships and mobilization. Once your foundation and leadership infrastructure are solid, you'll be ready to establish strategic partnerships with schools and nonprofits, develop collaborative relationships with other churches and organizations, mobilize your entire congregation, communicate effectively, and engage your senior pastor as a champion. This is the activation and partnership phase-and it only works if you've done the foundational work first.

Think of it this way: Book 1 is about building the launchpad; Book 2 is about the launch itself. Skip the launchpad, and your rocket never leaves the ground-or worse, it crashes shortly after liftoff.
