In Kimberly's case, because of complications from the first surgery, she had to go under the knife for a second attempt that was ultimately successful. As her time in California drew to an end, journey with Kimberly back to her home in Georgia. Kimberly had to deal with a son stricken with drug addiction and his untimely death by his own hand, followed closely by open heart surgery.
