There are many confusions in our world about who are true followers or disciples of Jesus Christ. The world is looking and searching for biblical Christians. The New Testament (NT) has a vivid description of who a Christian is, how a Christian should live, and the picture of genuine Christian minister. The NT also has the right prescription to how a person can become a Christian and live the new life. If we fail to have a sound understanding of both the description and prescription on Christianity we may not experience what God has made available for us in His Son Jesus Christ.
The term Christian and Christianity has been made so generic that they have lost their meaning and purpose. There are many folks who profess or believe intellectually they are Christian or are adherents of Christ but in reality they are far from the edge of the experience and life of a true Christian.
