The universe has always been a vast unknown, a stage on which humanity represents little more than a fleeting flash of light. Since the earliest civilizations, the sky has been interpreted as a map, a calendar, a myth, or an omen. But for four young astronomy students in Latin America, the stars were not just a metaphor: they were a calling. A persistent echo that pushed them to look beyond the known, to search for the key to existence in the impossible.
They were not heroes, far from it. They were just a group of students with more questions than answers, with sleepless nights filled with calculations, heated discussions, and wild dreams. None of them imagined that their curiosity would end up shaking the foundations of human knowledge and, with it, threatening the balance of the most powerful nations on the planet.
In a forgotten university classroom, among blackboards covered with equations and books that smelled of dust and old ink, a conversation arose that would change their destinies. They spoke first of dark matter, that enigma that seemed to hold the cosmos together and yet no one could see or touch.
