They were supposed to care for the elderly. Instead, they started killing them.

Emily Anderson and Susan VanderMeen are young nurse's aides at Detroit's Oakwood Retirement Center. To the staff, they're hardworking. To the residents, they're friendly. To each other, they're everything.

Then Emily decides it's time to play God.
