AARAN - Warlord of Veiranos

AARAN: WARLORD OF VEIRANOS

Sequel Two: Council of Shadows

The sky of Veiranos cracks like shattered glass. The star above burns weak and unstable. The land trembles under molten rivers that glow like open wounds. And high above the ruins, the Veil waits with a cold, patient hunger. The war is not over. It is only transforming into something far more dangerous.

Aaran stands in the center of a world that is collapsing around him. His body glows with unstable Pulse energy. Lines of cobalt light pulse beneath his skin like living threads. Each breath distorts the air. Each heartbeat cracks the stone under his feet. He is evolving into something the world does not understand. The Pulse remembers a truth he has not yet discovered. And every time he looks at the sky, the Veil reacts, as though it recognizes him.

Survivors gather at his side. Humans. Volkar warriors. Orryx defectors. Zephyrian exiles. Even shattered machine fragments. They are desperate, bruised and terrified, yet drawn to him like gravity. They paint spirals of cobalt across the broken stone. The symbols glow. The platforms stabilize. The ruins stop drifting. A forgotten power is waking, and the survivors believe Aaran is the reason.

Then the Kyrran fragment awakens.

It rises from the debris with blinding light and projects star systems erased from every archive. Entire worlds wiped from memory. Entire histories rewritten. The survivors freeze as the fragment displays a single truth: the Pulse existed long before Veiranos. Long before the Council. Long before the Veil. Aaran is connected to something older, deeper and far more terrifying than anything they were ever taught.

The fragment recognizes him.
The Pulse responds.
The ground shudders.

And then the whisper arrives.

Aaran hears a voice speak his name. Not from the camp. Not from the ruins. From inside the Veil. It curls into his mind with chilling familiarity. It feels like memory. It feels like destiny. And every time it speaks, the Pulse surges through him with violent force. Platforms collapse. Gravity tears apart. The survivors fall to their knees as the world reacts to the voice only he can hear.

Lyssara senses the danger first. Her wings are burned, scarred and refusing to heal. The Pulse left a mark that Zephyrians consider forbidden. She knows what it means. She knows what is coming. The Zephyrian Hunt Call echoes across the clouds. Her people are approaching, and they will not come to help. They will come to judge. They will come to kill the man she stands beside. And they will declare her corrupted for protecting him.

Lyssara chooses Aaran anyway.
She chooses defiance.
She chooses the impossible path.

The Veil brightens. The sky trembles. The shadows gather. Something ancient is pushing through from the other side. The Council is collapsing into fear. Survivors prepare for another descent into chaos. And Aaran feels the Pulse pulling him toward a truth that might shatter everything he believes about himself.

If he rises, Veiranos may survive.
If he breaks, the galaxy will fall.
If he answers the whisper, the Veil will fully awaken.

Aaran is not fighting a battle.
He is fighting the destiny written inside his blood.

Prepare for the next sequel in the Pulseborn saga. The real war is only beginning.
