Whole & Nourished Life

After years of struggling with her weight and body image author Danielle Porter was convicted by the Lord to make several lifestyle changes. What she thought was going to be just another failed attempt at dieting turned into a revelation that God wanted her to not only take a journey to better health, but journey with Him into a deeper understanding of His love for her body, mind and soul.

In the last 6 years Danielle has lead hundreds of women through her online bootcamp to better health and a deeper

relationship with Christ. A Whole and Nourished Life gathers her experiences in the nutrition-counseling field with her own health journey and combines it with timeless Biblical truth to give the reader the tools to finally live a whole and nourished life.

A Whole and Nourished Life goes beyond a traditional devotional and calls the reader into an exploration of how their physical journey often mirrors that of their spiritual walk. Written for women who are ready to ditch the long-held church lady belief that your physical body doesn't matter to God. The 6-week study is interlaced with healthy whole food-based recipes that won't make you feel like you are missing out on the traditional pies and mayo-laced salads at the church potluck. The recipes included are the most popular recipes from the author's weekly meal plans. They are perfect for your family's table or to share with your women's small group Bible study.

The study explores topics such as becoming a first fruits woman, discipline, idols, how to apply this practically to your life, how nutrition and fitness fits into God's design for your body and how this all leads to the abundant life God desires you to step into.
