There's an apex predator lurking beneath the warm waters of the Yucatan Strait. A highly evolved predator, hell-bent upon strangling the island nation of Japan into submission. Silent, invisible, and fast as greased lightning, TIGER SHARK stalks her prey.
Japan's lifeblood, the crude oil and natural gas produced in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, must move through these troubled waters.
21st Century Japan requires another resource, rare earth elements. Those elements are key components of modern weapons of war. Captain Delvin Smith and his 'Cast of Characters' have secured the rare earth mining and processing facilities at Mountain Pass, California. Now, they must get those rare earths to Japan. With the American West Coast firmly controlled by The Collective and its Red Chinese Masters, and Mexico in turmoil, those rare earths must take a more circuitous route, through the Gulf of Mexico and into TIGER SHARK"S lair.
It's up to Slick, Josephine, Big Sid, and Cowboy Tom to blaze a a new rare earth trail to Texas and help rid the sea lanes of the dreaded TIGER SHARK menace.
