Yellow River Beach

Yellow River Beach is a wonderful novel with clear voice and legend under the banner of the main melody. In the first half of the 20th century, the major historical events happened in the middle reaches of the Yellow River and on both sides of the river were all included in the novel. The complex character pedigree and numerous events constitute a huge pattern of the novel. The protagonist Huang Hanbing is not only a witness but also a participant of these historical events. His love, hate, joy and sorrow are interwoven with those stories, and he has cultivated a strong will and unremitting revolutionary passion in the war. Based on the middle reaches of the Yellow River, Cui Zhenglai narrates vertically and horizontally in a way of combination of admiration. Besides the historical reality, he records in detail the people's far and long emotions and the life language of bitterness and happiness which are beating and hustling in the Yellow River beach.
