Spencer is considered one of the largest English thinkers at the end of the nineteenth century and he is the second father of sociology after Auguste Conte, he is famous for his theory of development, and he was based on this theory in laying the foundations of a formula and social system (sociological) confirming the development towards an increasing social complexity and the high level of individualism In his view, society is like a complex organism, characterized by a state of accurate balance and should only be allowed for the natural development process to influence its growth.
