A customer who is not an entrepreneur may return unused goods within 30 days from the date of receipt without having to state a reason. However, telling us the reason for the return will help us improve for the next time. For the purpose of meeting the deadline, the deciding factor is the date we receive the customer’s withdrawal from the purchase agreement document.

Returning items is easy:

Pack the order securely Pack your order using firm packaging, not bubble wrap or an envelope.
Do not send using cash on delivery Send the items by post or courier; do not send using cash on delivery. The money will be refunded to your account.
Returning CDs and DVDs is different The plastic film on multimedia carriers (CDs, DVDs, etc.) must not be damaged.
Money back fast We will refund your money as soon as possible, within 14 days at the latest.
E-books and audiobooks are non-refundable The right of withdrawal from the purchase agreement does not apply to digital content e-books and audiobooks.
Returning items as an entrepreneur Only the consumer has the option to withdraw from the purchase without stating a reason.
