SPS Parcel Shop
Delivery by Slovak post
The post office guarantees delivery within 3 working days of dispatch of the package. Slovak Post will notify you of the delivery of your parcels by e-mail. The shipment can be tracked online. If you cannot be contacted during delivery, the parcel will be deposited at the nearest post office. The storage period is 14 days. If the package is stored at the post office, you can have the package redelivered again or change the delivery address.
Delivery by SPS courier service
The parcel is usually delivered within 48 hours from dispatch. We will notify you by email when the parcel has been dispatched, together with a link to track the movement of the parcel. An SPS courier will call you on the day of the package delivery with an estimated time of delivery. If the courier does not reach you, a notification will be left and the package will be delivered the next day.
Delivery by Packeta courier service
Packeta will deliver the parcel to your hands to any address in Slovakia. Packeta home will inform you via SMS or e-mail on the day of dispatch of your shipment. Expect to receive your delivery within 1 - 2 working days, you can track the movement of your parcel online. The courier will send you an SMS with the expected delivery date and will call you before the actual delivery.
Delivery to Z-BOX or to a Packeta network collection point
Z-BOX: Shipment movement can be tracked online or in the Packeta app. You can collect the shipment delivered to the Z-BOX using the Packeta app installed on your iOS or Android mobile phone. The standard storage time is 2 days with an option to extend by 1 day. Collection point: You can track the movement of your shipment online or in the Packeta app. You can collect your shipment after receiving the SMS password on your mobile phone or using the Packeta app installed on your iOS or Android-enabled mobile phone. The shipment can only be picked up during the operating hours of the collection point. The shipment is stored at the collection point for 7 days with a possible extension of 14 days.
Delivery to a SPS Parcel Shop
The parcel is usually delivered within 2 days of dispatch. We will notify you of the shipment by email, which will also contain a link to track the shipment. You will receive a text message when the shipment is ready for collection.

Would you like to give the book you’ve purchased as a gift? We’ll be delighted to gift-wrap it for you. Books are a great gift and, as we know, enjoying and unwrapping them is half the fun! We will wrap the selected book in high-quality wrapping paper and add a wooden decoration. Finally, we will carefully cover everything in bubble wrap so that the gift arrives safely. The best part is up to you – to hand the gift over to the recipient. The gift-wrapping option can be found in the cart.
Wrapping from the heart
Do you want to keep your book safe and sound during delivery? We will wrap the book in natural cotton packaging, which is environment-friendly. You’ll be responsible for several good deeds! You will ensure that your book is comfortable and safe during delivery. You will get breathable and non-toxic packaging for future use. And together with us, you will provide work for skilled seamstresses with disabilities from a shop called “On the Hanger”, which operates under the auspices of Eurodiaconia.
