My own inspiration came from researching my father's adventures, before, during and after WW2. My father was a larger than life character whose choices were sometimes not the best, but he lived every moment and this is what gave me the confidence to challenge myself and do something different. You can read his life story in A One Way Ticket, a four part docu-drama series, by Carole McEntee-Taylor.
