For twenty-nine years, Paul Nixon lived in his home village of Clondalkin, a suburb of Dublin City, Ireland. It was a warm, caring environment with many friends and a loving family. Though deep in Paul's heart, he always believed that he needed to lose himself completely and start a new life to discover his true value. By choosing either Australia or the USA with the toss of a coin, New York won out. Going from his old self to his new self did not happen instantaneously, but became a lengthy journey. Paul's choice as he would discover opened up a new world of adventure, risk, and discovery. Francesca, the love of his life, and a tragedy would leave him alone with a new chapter to face. Having a unique insight into Paul's gifts and talents, Francesca guided him on a journey of self-exploration, and advancement. She helped him become more self-aware, confident, and empowered, launching him into a new career as a nationally recognized mixed media artist/sculptor.
