Determined to undo their mistake at any cost, they embark on a nightmare journey to find their Patient Zed, Todd Scott, who is their best chance for a cure. But with the city descending into chaos, their scavenger hunt is not without sacrifices. The price they pay may be too steep as the body count climbs steadily and the window for escape grows smaller by the day.
